We can replace the fried foods with grilled foods, salads and soups. These will fill you up very soon and still maintain the required calorie that you may need for your basic body energy consumption. Keep a distance from sweets too. If you find this hard to do at once, do it in stages. Start with say hard candy then gradually remove chocolate until you have gotten rid of them all.Try to eat smaller meals and have them more frequently. Losing weight is not about starving or excessive restrictions. You can eat 5 to 6 small meals for the day to help with better digestion, avoid overeating and accumulation of fat in the body.
Set realistic goals. Don't go for the plans that will never work out for you and will have you depressed. Once you have set the practical goals, the only thing that you need to do is to effect them and stick to them. Do not give up halfway, or all the efforts you have don before will be wasted.
