Preventive measures of sun stroke

Aura heatstroke: Under high temperatures, one may have a headache, dizziness, thirst, sweat, limb weakness, inattention, action coordination disability and other symptoms.

Mild heatstroke: dizziness, thirst, flushes, sweating, skin burning or cold limbs, pale face, drop in blood pressure, faster pulse. The temperature is usually above 38 ℃.

Severe heat stroke:It is most serious in all heatstrokes, if not treated in time, it will be life-threatening. This kind of heat stroke and can be divided into heat cramps, heat exhaustion, heat insolation and stroke.

Heat cramps symptoms: paroxysmal spasm of pain in the muscles.

Heliosis symptoms: severe headache, nausea, vomiting, restlessness, coma and convulsions.

Heat stroke symptoms: a lot of cold sweat and then no sweat, fast and shallow breathing, slow pulse, and restlessness, fuzziness, blood pressure drops,coma and limb cramps; n severe cases there can be cerebral edema, pulmonary edema and heart failure, etc.

Before going out in summer, remember to do sufficient preparation for sun screening. You had better not go out in the sun at ten o 'clock to 16 o 'clock as the sunlights are at their strongest at this. Have sufficient water and drinks.
