Eight bad habits leading to cancer

1. Having hot drinks. The British medical journal published a study revealing that hot drinks can increase the risk of esophageal cancer. High-temperature diet will contact the digestive tract, causing damage, ulcers, bleeding, etc to the mucous membrane in oral cavity. If repeatedly being irritated, it may cause cancer.

2. Having barbecue often. A Norwegian study found that a great amount of HCA intake (a chemical substance in the barbecue) will increase the risk of bowel cancer. Salty, spicy, toasty foods will damage the normal function of the gastrointestinal tract and gastric mucosa thus increase the risk of developing cancer.

3. Making phone calls for a long time. The world health organization (who) admitted that mobile phones, like car exhaust, could lead to malignant brain tumors.

4. Eating much meat. Those who are crazy over meat are likely to have constipation. The toxins in the body can't be discharged in time. Long-term constipation can increase the risk of bowel cancer.

5. Serving the food in plastic utensils

Bisphenol A (BPA) in plastic packaging and plastic containers can increase women's risk of breast cancer.

6. Eating much meat containing hormone. Study found that eating poultry meat, with hormone can increase the estrogen level and lead to increased risk of breast cancer.
