Eating too little
The mistakes that you make is not only eating too much , bust also too little. If you have too little food for supper, you will feel hungry very fast at night.At this time, you will have some chocolates or cookies to quench your hunger. Then all the hard work that you have done for the day for weight loss is wasted. The supper should be balanced in nutrition. You should have enough food with enough nutrition to satisfy your hunger and the basic necessities for your metabolism. in the diet not only when you eat too much, also in you eat too little. At the time of dinner if you eat too little, a little late, you'll feel the hunger.

Eating too much
You may be too busy in the day time for food as you are so busy working and hardly have any time for a proper meal. Or you may consciously starve yourself in the day so as to lose the fat in your body. No matter what, eating too much at supper time is not a good idea whether you are trying to lose weight or not. How do we avoid overeating in the evening? Then you ahve to make sure that you have taken enough food in the daytime. By saying enough we mean the food makes you have the fullness in your stomach and supplement you with the nutrition you need for the day without adding too much fat to your body.

Too little vegetables
Vegetables are with low quantity of heat which can you fill the stomach as well as supplying the nutrition you need for the body. So if you find that there is only a small amount of green vegetables but more high carbohydrate in your plate, you might as well consider changing your food. Having some salad before meal can help increase the feeling of fullness in your stomach. And when you are having the main dishes, make sure that most of the food that you have is vegetables.

Drinking too much
Whether it is orange juice or red wine, they will give you extra fat if you take too much of them. When you are having a drink, ensure that you have a well control over the calorie content in the process of drinking, or else, you will have weight gain as well.
