Obesity issues

Obesity has become an epidemic. Globally, more than 1 billion adults are overweight, at least 300 million of them clinically obese. In the past , there are way less obese people in the world. But as the economy is developing so fast and our way of living changed dramatically accordingly. We tend to eat more, move less. Sometimes we sit for eight hour or more a day staring at the computer screen without moving. When we get hungry, we order some fast food that are high in calorie and low in nutrition content. We also tend to eat at the improper time. It always happen that we get so busy sometimes and there is no time for anything. Then have to starve ourselves at the time when we are suppose to have dinner. By the time we finish our work. It is already too late. And then we will be so hungry that we start to eat much. For some midnight oil burners, they also like to have snacks at night. This is the time that our body is supposed to have a good rest. Eating at this time will accumulate much fat in the body and also increase the burden of the stomach.

Overweight and obese people are more likely to suffer from heart disease, and thus fall victim to heart attack, congestive heart failure, sudden cardiac death, angina, and abnormal heart rhythm more often than those that maintain a healthy body mass index.Being overweight or obese increases the risk of developing high blood pressure. In fact, blood pressure rises as body weight increases. Losing even five killograms can help lower blood pressure and losing weight has the biggest effect on those who are overweight and already have hypertension. So, if you are overweight, and if you are dissatisfied with a certain part of your body because it is too fat. Try to get some exercises or make some weight loss plans that suit you.
