Seven Misunderstandings about Fruit

Are girls who talking about losing weight everyday treat fruit as meals? You may think this can lose weight, but in fact, this only makes you fatter. We have too many misunderstands about fruit.

Fruit refers to those juicy and sweet plant fruit which not only contains rich nutrition and help digest. But there is a bottom line for having fruit.
Wrong idea one: fruit is beneficial at any time
Remind from expert: It is not ok to eat fruit at any time since the fruit contains much organic acid and tannin substance. Some fruit even contains strong active protease which may stimulate and harm stomach with bad symptoms like stomachache, flatulence, diarrhea and indigestion.

Wrong idea two: fruit can instead of vegetable

Cheap vegetable sometimes is better than fruit. As for the content of vitamin C, cheap cabbage, radish all have ten times higher vitamin C than that of apple, pear, and peach; while the content of vitamin C of pepper and cauliflower has two to three times higher than that of strawberry and orange.

The part that fruit is better than vegetable is that the fruit contains organic acid and fragrant material which can promote appetite, and help absorbing nutritious substances. What’s more, fruit doesn’t need to be cooked and so do not have the problem of losing nutrition.
Wrong idea three: fruit has a lot of vitamin

It is unwise of you to want to provide all the vitamins by only fruit. Mango has the most carotene among fruits. Yellow color fruits like orange, apricot, and pineapple also has little carotene.

Practical strategy: you have to eat both normal fruit and wild fruit.
Wrong idea four: replace meal with fruit is beneficial to health and beauty

Wrong idea seven: high end import fruit is much more nutritious
Remind for expert: many people think that dear “import fruit” must have more nutrition which in fact is not. Import fruit have been through nutrition degradation during the journey and the freshness obvious is not ideal. What’s more, fruit always been picked when it is not completely mature since it needs to be transported. And so they need to keep it fresh with chemical agent which may affect the quality of fruit.
