Keep Youth By Eating

Every female hopes that they can be forever young, but taking care of family and stressful work left ruthless time trace on their face. Therefore, many women sighed that " i'm no longer young". According to the expert, " diet is the basis of a health body" and you should start from a good dieting habit if you want to keep young. Fruits, vegetables and other plants are the most important ingredients for skin care products. Here are some beauty recipes for summer.
Appearance pill-- Apple and grape tea
Material: a Red Fuji apple,30 grams of black grape, two bowels of water
Method:
1.Wet the apple and wash it carefully with some salt; cut it half and take out the kernel and then cut it into slices.
2.Put the black grape into the pot and then add two bowels of water; boil them with big fire and then with medium heat for 10 minutes.

Detox-- soybean spiced with sea tangle
Material: soybean, sea tangle, soy sauce, water, sesame, anise, tea seed soil, sugar, bruised ginger.
Method:
1.Wash the sea tangle and then soap it for 30 minutes, soap the soy bean for three houts.
2.Red cooking the sea tangle, soy bean and flavouring for 20 minutes until the soup is dry.
3.Cut the sea tangle into bars of 4cm straight forward and then put the soy bean on sea tangle and it is done.


Ruddy complexion--black fungus and red date soup
Material: 10 grams of black fungus, 50 grams of red date, some white sugar
Method:
Add some water into the black fungus and red date and boil them; add some white sugar into the pot and then it is done.


Antioxidant and wrinkle removal--red wine with beef pot
Material: 600 grams of beef, one or two onions, one or two carrots, one potato, 10 pods of snow peas (baked bean)
Minor ingredient: one or two bottles of red wine, a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of black pepper, a pinch of coriander powder
Method:
1.Clean the beef and cut it into pieces and then deodorize with boiling soup; peel and cut the onion, carrot, and potato.
2.Rip the silk of snow beans ( or baked beans).
3.Put the beef first into the pot and then add some water covering it and boil it with big fire; and then stew it with soft fire for 30 minutes.
4.Put the rest ingredients into the pot and add some red wine for boiling, and then stew it with soft fire for 30 minutes until the beef is completely mature.
